Nick
Frasher or affectionately known as Mr. Nick is one of the
most sought after family entertainers, clowns and
instructors. For over a decade Mr. Nick and his clown
characters of “K’kin” and “Alfred” have been providing
wonderful Christian children and family entertainment
creating the environment of amazing and joyful memories for
all. Mr. Nick is renowned for his balloon sculpturing.
From multi balloon animals and hats to rooms full of balloon
arches and displays. Mr. Nick is also constantly “on the
road” across the country providing seminars and workshops in
the art of clowning, puppetry and blacklight theater. Along
with his wife, Barbara, they are the founders of K&S
Ministries and PROCLAIM Dramatic Arts Company.
“K’kin” is an Auguste clown that simply loves to play and
likes Tigger the bestest. Like Tigger, the amazing K’kin
literally bounces onto the scene with energy and joy, making
everyone feel special. Through illusions, balloon
sculpturing and funny walk-a-rounds, K’kin brings giggles
and laughter to everyone’s heart. K’kin is especially loved
by children because his character is young at heart. K’kin
comes with a warning: “Be careful, I am mischievous in all
the good ways that will make you laugh.”
“Alfred”
is what’s called a “character” clown. Now Alfred is just a
good old southern boy who obeyed his mommy and brushed his
teeth every day. Now Alfred is very, very, very smart and
very, very very well behaved. This southern bubba is loved
by both young and old. Alfred is known to receive numerous
kisses from our fine senior Southern Bells. Alfred likes to
take those long skinny balloons and make all kinds of crazy
hats and animals. Alfred loves company picnics, parties and
grand openings.
Barbara
Frasher is no doubt one of the most sought after Christian
family entertainers, clowns and professional face painters
nationally. Whether dressed casually, elegantly or
makes her entrance as “Sonbeam” the clown, she adds life and
magic to any party. Having either Barbara or her wonderful
character Sonbeam would add color and joy to that “special”
someone’s day. When not clowning around, up and down the
eastern part of the US, in large and small conference
settings, Barbara helps others as an instructor in the art
of face painting and clowning. Barbara is also a costume
designer and master puppet maker, making Muppet-type puppets
for people all around the world. Along with her husband,
they are the founders of K&S Ministries
and PROCLAIM
Dramatic Arts Company.
Barbara’s most favorite thing to do at parties and festivals
is the art of face painting, just a bit more than
storytelling, which she usually does only as a preparation
to many fantastic faces. God has gifted Barbara in a very
unique way of blending the type full face art and
storytelling that blends with the theme and age of that
“special” someone’s day that is being celebrated. Changing
little boys into tigers and girls into fairy princesses and
ladies into butterflies.
“Sonbeam”
is a comical white face clown that loves children, flowers,
butterflies and tea parties. Sonbeam’s name comes from a
song she learned as a child, called “I’ll Be a Sonbeam.” She
is truly a beam of light from God that brings everlasting,
amazing and joyful memories to all those who have gathered.
If you want a truly fun-filled party with lots of laughter
and joy, invite Sonbeam to join you to do some face
painting, storytelling, illusions, even balloon twisting
with her joyful festive character.
